Esiste un luogo speciale in Norvegia, esattamente a Sunmore e Stryn dove la cultura del tango si arricchisce delle influenze musicali locali e della bellezza dell’accoglienza e della moda made in Italy. Stiamo parlando di Tormenta Tango il progetto di Valentina Nieti Vatne, nato dalla sua passione per la cultura argentina in tutte le sue forme, dal ballo, alla musica, all’arte. Valentina è una giovane donna italiana che da Padova dove risiedeva, si è trasferita da qualche anno a Stryn dove vive con Hàvard ed è mamma di uno splendido bambino. Sensibile e creativa, coltiva tantissime passioni ed abilità oltre che studiare da sempre la danza, Valentina è anche fotografa e videomaker . Ama i gatti . A Stryn insegna tango , organizza milonghe ed il “Volda Tango Festivalen” e dopo l’incontro con il musicista norvegese di bandoneon e violino Øyvind Skatvedt Robak è ancor più determinata a realizzare qualcosa di eccezionale per il mondo del tango in Norvegia , da qui l’idea di promuovere anche lo stile della moda dei vestiti per il tango del brand italiano “paco perez”. L’idea nasce dall’ amicizia con le sorelle Brogin stiliste della collezione di abbigliamento per il ballo argentino.
Valentina racconta : “ Paco Perez clothing means :Style, kindness, quality. Paco Perez is a company established by four Italian sisters. They take care of everything, they draw and realize new models, dresses, skirts, trousers and jewelry for ladies, suits, vests, and trousers for men. Their atelier is very large and they are there to help you.
The four sisters will listen to what you need and recommend what is best. As a lady, I am in love with everything they offer.
They make models with different fabrics. Very often it is a unique garment. For example, one can find a skirt in lace, or velvet, or other fabric, and colors with many patterns. I found an incredible dress with butterflies. And I bought a skirt and top with pois that look like a dress when worn combined. I love pois in tango, they are so funny. Long skirts, or slightly shorter (but always with the knees covered), tight or with a little more movement. For all tastes.
Paco Perez collection is capable of matching different types of clothing so you can choose between something for an elegant milonga, or something for a practica or other events. My husband bought a denim tango trousers, he has just started with tango and he thought it would feel more confident as a beginner wearing this model than the classic ones with elegant stripes.
